Pisa (2nd half of Day 3)

After spending the morning in Florence we boarded the bus and headed off to Pisa. I think it was an hour and a half ride. It was super crowded and hot when we got there. After seeing the tower there really wasn't a lot to do there. We walked out of the touristy area and went a couple of miles to a river. We always like to see all the parts of the towns we visit especially off the beaten path.
It was fun to be there but we were exhausted after a 3rd day of walking.

We actually would have gone up the tower but they were already sold out for the afternoon. They only allow so many per hour so we didn't have a chance to do it.
