God's Unfailing Love

12 That is why the Lord says, "Turn to me now, while there is time.
Give me your hearts.Come with fasting, weeping, and mourning.
13 Don't tear your clothing in your grief, but tear your hearts instead."
Return to the Lord your God, for he is merciful and compassionate,
slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He is eager to relent and not punish.

Too often God is pictured as vengeful in the Old Testament. But this last passage is from Joel. God has always wanted what is best for us. He has always wanted to bless us. It is only when we move in our own stubborn ways that we feel the heat get turned up.
God just wants our undivided attention.
He wants our whole heart.
With that comes an amazing life.
Definitely the way to go.
Turn to God.

He is;

Merciful,

Compassionate

Slow to anger,

Unfailing Love!
